PICTELVO INFORMATION

Terms of Use

These terms describe use of the Pictelvo website. Use the service only where it is lawful for you to do so.

The current service

Eligible image templates can be personalized in the browser and exported as a free PNG. No public account, OTP, paid order, subscription or credits are required. Request limits and technical access controls apply. Video download depends on an enabled Cloud connection, supported media and request limits.

Your photos

You retain rights you already hold in your own photo. You must have the right and any necessary permission to use a person’s image, a photo, a caption or other material. Do not use the tools to impersonate someone, harass a person or create illegal or harmful material.

Templates and sharing

The intended use is personal profile pictures, statuses and personal sharing of your finished image. Third-party rights and any notice on a template still apply. This service does not grant permission to resell template source layers, redistribute the template collection, use music without a licence or claim another creator’s work as your own. Ask about commercial use before using a design commercially.

Fair use of the service

Do not scrape the collection, automate abusive requests, bypass access or rate limits, interfere with other users, probe for private files or introduce malicious content. A guest token is a security credential: keep it private.

Availability and downloads

Device capabilities, storage, network conditions, maintenance and testing can affect availability. A successful download request does not prove your device saved the file; check your browser or downloads folder. Keep your own copy of files you need.

Your legal rights

Features and availability may change. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
