Remove this browser’s saved data
Open your browser’s privacy or site settings, find pictelvo.com (or the staging address you are using), and choose the option to clear or delete this site’s data. Browser labels differ. This removes that browser profile’s local photos, editing drafts, favourites, preferences and guest access information. Close other Pictelvo tabs first and reload the page afterwards.
Deleting a saved photo from a device folder alone may not remove the copy stored in the browser. Clearing website data can remove work you wanted to keep and other storage belonging to this site; save any finished downloads first. Files already in your downloads folder are separate and must be removed there if you wish.
Server records
Clearing browser storage does not delete server session, like, diagnostic or export request records. Guest access normally expires after seven days, and image request recovery lasts no more than 24 hours, but expiry is not a server deletion promise. Not all server metadata has an automatic deletion schedule. Temporary Cloud video photos and outputs follow the recovery and maintenance process described in the Privacy notice; clearing browser data does not trigger their immediate deletion.
Ask about server information
Contact the operator to ask about access, correction, deletion or other rights that apply where you live. Describe your request without emailing your guest access token. The operator may need a safe, limited way to verify the record belongs to you.
